A special and important area of our company’s activity is the methodological development and implementation of advanced managerial, organizational and technological solutions to increase labor productivity and modernize fixed assets in order to break through the scientific, technological and socio-economic development of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
This direction is determined by the strategic goals and objectives of the national economic policy in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 204 of 05/07/2018 «About National Goals and Strategic Tasks of the Development of the Russian Federation for the Period until 2024».
In pursuance of this Decree, our company carries out expert and analytical activities in the following areas:
- assessment of the current level of labor productivity in the region, including in industry areas;
- calculation of the current level of economic and technological efficiency of the region, including in industry areas;
- quantitative assessment of the potential economic and technological development of the region in the current technological environment;
- identification of industries in the constituent entity of the Russian Federation for priority managerial impact in the implementation of measures of economic and technological development;
- substantiation of economic landmarks, allowing to accelerate the technological development of the subject of the Russian Federation;
- calculation of target values of the system of indicators of the program of economic and technological development at each stage of its implementation;
- calculation and justification of economically feasible volumes of targeted financing necessary to achieve the required annual increase in labor productivity in the industry areas of the region;
- substantiation of industries for the priority implementation of modern material, organizational, managerial and digital technologies;
- formation of scenarios for achieving the target indicators of the economic efficiency of the region;
- development and implementation of digital platform tools for monitoring the results of the implementation of the regional program of economic and technological development.
